Job Summary
This is a commission-based role for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in business development and sales. The ideal candidate also has experience or knowledge in marketing, or has worked in an agency setting before as an Account Manager. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing a pipeline of leads, building strong client relationships with prospects and clients, and driving revenue growth for the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts.
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with the agency team to align client needs with our service offerings.
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
Represent the agency in a professional and credible manner at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within marketing, advertising, or related industries.
Strong understanding of marketing services and ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Existing network or book of business is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based role.
High earning potential based on performance, with uncapped commissions.
